I find this class pointless, we learn heaps about being nice and learning about our health and mental health but we don't get graded on this class and it is far to big anyway, my recommendation, keep the class in smaller groups and focus on more interesting topics. 

Reflection of trimester one

Stretch your wallet was alright class, I enjoyed the cooking and learning about budgeting, It was very interesting to learn about how much money is spent on, water, power, clothing, food etc etc. Although on a scale of 1-10 id pick 7 because one of the teachers in particular were constantly putting down my goals for that class.

We're all in this together was a good class, I very much enjoyed learning about the people who fought for rights for women & rights all around. I definitely enjoyed the museum trip where we learnt about our ancestors and got to explore the museum.

Build your own. Personally I like build your own, the teachers understand your point of view and even though its mainly our project they still float around and help us all out & I genuinely appreciate that. One thing I could have done better was figure out what I wanted to do before the first week because I was mucking around the first few weeks in that class.

Literacy, Literacy was alright, I would really like more work on paper, instead of online. There was quite a bit of our tests & work on education perfect and once you get the answer wrong the right answer shows up and then we aren't using our brains properly & to me that classes as cheating.

Numeracy, I did not like numeracy only because numeracy is one of my weakest classes, I'm not great at maths, I never have been. I only know the basics + - x etc etc but I'm willing to keep on learning.

Well being yr 9 & 10 was a class that I found pointless but helpful in a way, it helped majority of the class to recognise our behaviours towards our peers and I enjoyed letting out everything about people being mean to each other.

The expo was very exciting, plenty of schools were there & excited to learn about future jobs. 

NEGATIVE! The expo was very short & there wasn't enough space for both schools to move freely 

Resilince

Bravery, To succeed you need to be brave to hear the answer no, you have to be brave and confident to succeed

Creativity, You have to be creative to succeed, create new things to make them attract people to your business or work.

Leadership, if you are in a group of two or three, you could take leadership to one area of your project & develop new skills which can help make you and your peers stronger!

I'm in a class named amazing spaces and altogether it is a very amazing class. 

We are learning how to make an amazing space. 

During this semester I created a box, I've never made anything in woodwork before, I was either too scared or I thought it was boring but then I brought myself together & decided to give it a chance.

 My evidence is in a workspace.

I created a Bauhaus poster with my name on it too.

In conclusion, I recommend to students to choose this class because when I began I wanted to switch out of this class because I didn't like construction, building & art but once I got used to it and began to enjoy it.

Amazing Spaces is a fun class especially when I'm on task, I've learned about things I thought I'd never learned about.

Were all in this together is a fun class where you can express your emotion and learn different things about history also giving you a chance to learn about your own.

I enjoy this module because I like to experience cooking since at home nobody ever cooks other people do it for us.

- Numeracy 

Numeracy is fun because I can hang out with my friends & learn.

- Literacy 

Literacy is fun because Mrs. Andrews helps me learn & gives me good advice on my learning.

- Athletics day

Was a good chance to catch up with my friends and do some fun activities. 

Prep Reflections

Friday 27th November!

Today I figured out more and more strategies to make macrame. 

Again Kyra isn't here.

when people struggle on their own, they are just in the dark around the corner for the light, the light is when your project succeeds.  

In every job or every project, there are always things that are easy and things that are hard. 

There isn't an experience or new thing to learn that won't have a little bit of difficulty. 

ROSES & THORNS

Roses is a highlight of your project, something you loved about it.  Thorns are something that you found difficult or you disliked.

ROSES 

I never thought there would be something so interesting about cheap string, the string that can create beautiful hand made bracelets.

THORNS 

It was definitely a struggle with not having help from Kyra & it took me a while to find a strategy that actually works. 

If there was one thing I could change, would be choosing a more simple project or given more time.
